Whey Protein Isolate and Hydrolysate

Proteins isolated by ultrafiltration systems and cross flow microfiltration (CFM), can provide a high intake of essential amino acids (65%) and BCAA (25%). The advantages of these proteins are manifold: they are lactose-deprived and therefore well tolerated even by people with difficulty digesting dairy products because of lactose; are absolutely among the richest in BCAA; among the richest in L-glutamine and highly digestible. Hydrolysed proteins undergo a hydrolysis treatment, generally enzymatic, which allows them to be "broken down" into smaller peptides and individual amino acids, to increase their absorption by the body.
