Ingredients: Beta-alanine, capsule (gelatin), anti-caking agents (rice flour, stearic acid, magnesium stearate).
In case of prolonged use (more than 6/8 weeks) seek medical advice. The product is not recommended in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy and in children under the age of 12 years. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute to a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
You should take 2 capsules twice a day.
