Shipping within Italy (B2C)

We ship all over Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving the order. We have invested a lot of time in selecting our logistics partners to ensure our customers an efficient and reliable service that allows tracking the parcel from the time of departure from our warehouse to delivery. Delivery time

In particular, orders received before 12:30 p.m. are dispatched approximately in the afternoon of the same day, while those received after 12:30 p.m. are shipped the next day approximately. Deliveries are made via ground transportation within approximately the next 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In the event that there is a problem with the courier during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the time limits provided, please let us know immediately and we will try to sort out the issue as soon as possible!
Warning: do not contact us before the time limits have elapsed, since the necessary data to be able to take the appropriate measures are not yet available.

More information about delivery

Upon arrival at destination, the courier requires the person who receives the parcel a signature to confirm correct delivery of the goods. If the person signing is other than the client whose name appears in the delivery address, the latter is still responsible for the package and any and all costs that are associated with it. Courier delivery times range from approximately 8:30 a.m. up to 9:00 p.m. and you must be available at these times, as it is not possible to choose a fixed time of delivery. If you are not available during these times, please request a Hold for Pickup service or seek confirmation at work, relatives, friends, etc..

Before you sign the courier receipt, please carefully check the packaging of the parcel and, if it appears damaged in any way, please write next to your signature "damaged" or "subject to inspection". If the goods inside the packaging are also damaged, please inform us within 24 hours after receiving the package and we will collect and replace damaged items within the terms of a new delivery. We DO NOT accept liability if on the delivery note appears only your signature without further warnings.
It may happen that the delivery is delayed for reasons of force majeure, in this case Vitamin Center does not take any responsibility for such delays if due to circumstances that occurred after the package has left our warehouse (strikes, snow, blocks, etc.).
If the courier cannot find anyone at the delivery address, he will take care of leaving a message with the instructions on how you can directly contact their company. If the package is returned to us because there has been no contact from you, you will be charged with the transport costs.

Shipping costs in Italy

 

The shipping is FREE for orders whose total is greater or equal to 39.00 € and the delivery address is located in Italy; for total amounts of the orders less than 39.00 € the Standard flat rate shipping charges is set at 5.80 €. Before finalising the order, it is always possible to check the amount of postage.
Shipments to Livigno (postcode 23041) and Campione d’Italia (postcode 22060) are subject to additional charges (amount to € 39), such as customs duties, which have to be paid by customer.


Customer Service will contact you to make known shipping cost for orders of two or more packages weigthing more than 10 kg.

Cash on delivery extra charges

The cash on delivery payment method is available only for orders with shipping address located in Italy. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, an extra charge of € 1.50 is payable upon delivery.

It is not possible to give a guarantee on order fulfilment and delivery time as the variables involved are different and there may occur unforeseen incidents due to reasons of force majeure. Especially once your order is entrusted to the courier, it is not possible to determine and guarantee an exact time of delivery. What we guarantee is our absolute commitment in processing your order within 24 hours (except holidays) from the date of receipt of the same, but it is clear that in case of strikes, weather events, special holidays, warehouse inventories, seat transfers, changes to information systems, etc. several days delay may occur in the fulfilment of orders. In these cases, however, we always inform you profusely on the site.
