    - 1 package  of dried  mushrooms sauce.

    Miracle Noodle is a traditional Japanese food made with a flour derived from Konjac root.
    Commonly known as Shirataki for the Japanese.
    Miracle Shirataki Noodles are made with 97% water and 3% a natural soluble fibre called Glucomannan, with 2 g of carbohydrate and only 5 kcal per 100 g.

    SHIRATAKI SPAGHETTI
    Ingredients: water, Konjac flour (Amorphophallus Konjac), stabiliser: calcium hydroxide (E526).

    MUSHROOMS SAUCE
    Ingredients: 24% mushrooms [porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 15%, button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)], dried cream, onion, natural & artificial flavours, rice flour, salt, yeast extract, vegetable stock (contains celery), garlic.

     


    Allergens: it may contain traces of mustard, soy, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish and crustaceans.

  • Open the spaghetti package, drain them in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water and boil for 2 minutes in water.
    In a large nonstick pan (20 cm) put 120 ml of water and add the MUSHROOMS SAUCE and bring to boil.
    Drain the spaghetti, add them to the sauce and cook for 6 to 10 minutes until absorbed.
