      powdered whole root 200 mg
      root extract 50 mg


Ingredients: dong quai (angelica sinensis oliv.) powdered whole root and root extract; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anticaking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
