Ingredients: arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, creatine (kre-alkalyn), beta-alanine, piridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), folic acid (vitamin B9), anticaking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide; colors: E171, E172.

Swallow up to 3 tablets daily with water or preferred drink on an empty stomach.
