Carbo & Maltodextrins
Carbohydrates (glucose) are used by our body to pump up our energy level. They are divided in two main categories: "glycaemic carbo", digested and absorbed in the human small intestine, and “dietary fibre”, non-digestible carbohydrates passing to the large intestine. Maltodextrin belong to the first category and are very useful as supplemens in the resistance training as they supply energy and are quickly and easily digested.
